Hazrat Maulana Sayyid Khalil Ahmed Sahab Mazahiri Orissavi, the disciple of Hazarat Maulana Sayyid Khalil Ahmed Sahab Sahranpuri (R.A.) laid down the foundation of the first madrasa in Bharuch in 1967 Hijri 1381 under the Name of “ Gulzare Khaliliyyah ” at PARDESIWAD MUHALLA and beginning at a time small house with the sole purpose of imparting DEENI TALIM and formal education whilst spreading and propagating Islam in the local vicinity.
After the death of Hazrat Maulana Sayyid Khalil Ahmed Sahab Mazahiri (Rah.) Hazrat Maulana Abdussamad Sahab Vankaneri (Rah.) Re-established the Madrasa at its present location on Hijri 1394 (01-01-1974 ) following the valuable advice of Akabir, under the title of “DARUL YATAMA MADRASA ARABIYYAH TALIMUDDIN” for the poor and Orphan children of the Ummah. That time is no any “YATIM KHANA (Orphan)” around the Bharuch and Bharuch city. When that time day by day Madrasa is going popular and shortage of place, Maulana was shifted a Madrasa at Behind the sub Jail, Madrasa was purchase an own big place here, (Alhamdulillah) He made possible the provision of classes of Nazirah, Hifz and Alimiyat for the poor and homeless orphans. Alhamdulillah, from the Madrasa’s humble beginning; it has made tremendous progress and advancements in its aim of educating the poor and homeless orphans in a safe and secure environment.

Aims and Objectives Of Darul Yatama Orphanage
- To make arrangement for imparting religious basic as well as higher education, including lodging & boarding of orphans and other support less children of the community.
- To arrange for imparting education of various useful languages.
- To enlighten the people through propaganda (by writings or lectures) creating religious awake ness – religious education with character building and right intensions.
- To make arrangements at various places for basic educations.
- For spreading the knowledge, libraries are to be established.
- Along with other educations, arrangements for teaching Computer, Electrical wiring, Driving and various Arts to be made.
- Without the discrimination of sects and communities, such charitable and medical works, which are useful to entire Humankind for happiness and prosperity, are to be taken up.
